This page is for people receiving care from a provider that uses Lucivion, and for their families and representatives.
Who we are
Lucivion Pty Ltd provides reporting and dashboards to care providers. Your provider uses us to turn the information in its systems into reports about the care it gives.
Your provider is responsible for your information
Your care provider collects your information, decides how it is used, and is responsible for it under privacy law. Its privacy policy is the one that applies to you, and it is the place to go with any question or request. We handle your information on your provider's behalf and on its instructions.
What we do with your information
- We receive information from your provider's systems, such as your details, clinical and medication records, and care notes.
- We use it to produce the reports and dashboards your provider has asked for.
- We store and process it in Australia.
- We never sell it, and it is not used to train AI models.
- We protect it with encryption and other security controls.
How long we keep it
We keep it while your provider uses our service, for up to three years after the period each report covers. Within 90 days of your provider leaving our service, we delete it, or remove everything that identifies you. Backup copies expire within a further 120 days.
Seeing or correcting your information
Ask your care provider. It holds your record, and can show it to you, correct it, or explain how it is used. If it needs our help, we respond within 5 working days.
If you contact us, we will point you to your provider. We can't give you information from your record ourselves: your provider holds it and decides who may see it.
Concerns and complaints
If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, talk to your provider first. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
